How do I place an order?

You can place orders online via the website. However, we appreciate many customers like to talk about their orders or receive advice, so please feel free to call us on 07966 972530 and we will be happy to help.

How do I order online?

If you order online, you will be guided by boxes asking for your preferences (and personalised messages, if applicable).

When will my payment be taken?

For online orders, we use a secure card facility. Payment will be taken straight away and cleared to us within approximately 3 workings days.

I have a Gift Card and the goods I want to buy are more than the total value. What do I do?

Please call or email us. We can arrange to take the balance by a convenient payment method.

Can I purchase empty boxes or baskets?

Unfortunately, we do not sell our boxes or baskets as individual items. However if you would like to have a set of bespoke contents, then we would be happy to help you – just call us to discuss.

Can I return or exchange any items?

Goods that are personalised cannot be returned, unless faulty. All other items that are non-perishable can be returned within 14 days.

Can I cancel an order?

Providing the order has not been packed for despatch, it can be cancelled –and we will always do our best to help. However, please bear in mind that orders are generally packed as quickly as possible. If it has been despatched, then we can accept returns for any items that are non-perishable and not personalised.

My order is late! What shall I do?

We make every effort possible to ensure that your order arrives on time. We use a reputable courier company, APC, to deliver your goods. If your order has not arrived, then please contact us as quickly as possible and we will track your order.

The stamped personalisation on my order is different to the photograph. Why?

Each item is made individually, by craftspeople. Personalisation is hand-stamped so there is always a little variation which is the beauty of hand-made items.

There is a spelling mistake on my personalised item!

With all hand crafted goods, there is a slight margin for error and this is a rarity. Our crafts people make every effort possible to create perfection for every item, but if you should find an error, please contact us directly. We will make every effort to put this right as quickly as possible.
